Which skimmer is better?

Hey guys and gals,

I need some help with the purchase of a new skimmer. I narrowed it down to 2: Reef Octopus DNW 150 Recirculating Protein Skimmer and the Vertex IN 180 In-Sump Protein Skimmer, Generation 2. I know their both great skimmers but two different methods of skimming, same amount of money, space is not an issue please help. thanks Jason

The Vertex is better and the Octopus needs a feed pump, that's the heart of a skimmer and the most expense. On top of that the Octopus is almost $100 more, plus pump.
