cheap tanks

i am looking for a 40 gal. tank (approx.) either with or without a stand that is on the cheaper end of things. i also need a cheap canister filter for that tank, and all of the other appliances......any suggestions....and they dont have to be a package deal.....i can buy them separately, but im desperate
