pump/powerhead questions for 14 gallon biocube

I have a biocube 14. Im wondering if there is enough flow in it or not. The only flow is from the return nozzle that comes off the return pump @ 137 GPH.

I have 2 questions...

1) Should I suppliment with a powerhead, and if so how flow do I need from the powerhead. I was looking at a koralina nano 240 or a 425...???

2) The retun pump @ 137 GPH is cycling my water through the built in sumb approximatey 10x per hour. Is this enough or should I try to upgrade to a pump with a higher flow? Don't know any specific brands for this one so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming that its a 14 gallon cube. You can add a korlia nano to it if you think you have dead spots.

The pump for your return is the correct size but you should supplement with maybe 2 powerheads one placed at the top for max surface agitation and the other at bottom where more flow is needed and to supplement the return and surface movement. I would use 2 -240-Koralia's. HappyReefing!!

I agree with reefer bill. Two 240's would be your best bet. You could go with one 425 but I wouldn't. Dr Foster and smith had one heck of a deal on them a while back id check them out.
