powerheads, too much?

i am very new to this and have only had my tank set up for about 8 months. i do have 2 ocillaris clownfish. now that im thinking about get other things, i think im moving too much water. i have a 45 gallon corner aquarium with about 50lbs of rock. i started out with 2-750 gph powerheads. the way my tank is, with the part going back into the corner, i thought it was or could be a dead spot. i bought a small 250 gph to sit at the top of the corner piece and have it blowing down on to the rock. too much? if you add in my overflow, im moving around 2000 gph. thats turning my tank over approx 45 times per hour. i know i only have 2 fish, but they seem to be fine.

As long as its not blasting the sand all over the place and your fish can swim without tumbling around, I would think you'll be fine.

its been running fine without any sand storms and i thought it would be ok. then i started reading other posts and everyone was talking about 15 or 20 times the tank being perfect. im starting to look into anemones and dont want it to be too strong as to hurt or kill them. corals too. thank you for reading. if you look at my pivtures, one pivture shows my location and directions of my powerheads.
