    water flow

I getting the equipment to setup a 100 gal reef tank. Was thinking about getting 2 of the
Hydor Koralia Evolution Pumps 750gph would this be too much water movement, should I have them alternate, or should they be bigger. Any suggestions would be helpfull.

IMO you'd be better off going bigger, especially if that's a 6' long 100. The Koralia EVO 1050's would do the trick, but they don't do well with on/off cycling, so if you were thinking of running powerheads through a wavemaker/timer, ther are better choices. The Evos can be tricky on start up. Sometimes they start in reverse, and sometimes they dont start at all. Gets worse the more miles you put on them, but if you are just going to keep them on all the time, they are great and can't be beat for the $.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.
