Hi Bob.
Not that I've ever run an AIO, but from what I've read of the three, I'd probably go with the Red Sea. To my eye, it appears to be the highest quality. I like the dims the best, and it seems to be the one best tailored to a reef in terms of standard equipment. That said, there are tons of DIY mods for any of those tanks to make them better.
I think the Nano probably has the best standard lighting options with LED or HQI, and then the BioCube HQI. For me, I'd probably be interested in supplementing the already good T5 lighting on the Red Sea with a DIY LED mod, but I like to tinker.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

I'm not a fan of AIO systems. There's just something about being at the mercy of the Manufacturer's design that turns me off. I have a SeaClear System II tank that is an AIO ( minus the lighting) and have dreaded getting it to the point where I'm upgrading to a RR tank of the same size. I have no experience with the three you've listed though so my opinion may not hold water ( no pun intended).
