NPX bio pellets/ bio plastics

Hey guys just wondering is there anyone who is using bio pellets? If so how is it working and what are you using for equip. I have been trying to get mine to work properly but cant seem to get it down right. Im using npx bio pellets and the 550 two little fishes phosban reactor. the problem im having is they dont tumble nicley and they always seem to float to the top. i soaked them like it was recommended and i have replaced the sponges withe the little mesh thingys and it dont help any, so im at a loss and wanting to smash my reactor. Any advise. please let me know thx.

You need to add a valve to the return line, so you can slow the flow rate to a tumble. And everyone that I have read about loves the Bio Pellets.
