Exclamation More waves in a Rimless Tank

Hey! I have a 100g rimless reef aquarium (48" L x 24" W x 20" H) and I am in need of more waves to maintain my coral! I can NOT have a wavemaker because it will flow OUT of the rimless tank. But I will be getting powerheads. Should I get 1 or 2 powerheads at opposite ends of the tank? The 2 return pumps are in the middle of the tank and they can flow straight to the front of the tank, or face opposite directions to the side of the tank. would it be efficient enough to get each return pump and face it DIRECTLY to each of the powerheads? (If i get 2 powerheads, there will be 4 sources of wave making. 2 from the side, 2 from the middle) I am thinking about getting the powerheads from Hydor Koralia OR Tunze Turbelle Powerheads(more expensive). Which brand is better?

What is the powerhead gph conversion? is it 100 = 10gallons? 1200 gph = 120 gallons? If that is right, should I get one, 1200 gph Powerhead at one side of the tank, or get two, 850 gph Powerheads at opposite ends of the 48 inch long tank? or if thats too powerful, get two, 600 gph Powerheads?

Reef tank = 20x plus your water turn over rate. 100 gallon tank=2000gph+. The plus is depending on what type of corals. Best way to add current would be to add powerheads on opposite sides of the tank, so a couple 1000gph powerheads would work, or around that flow. Just to igve you an example, I have a 240g, I have 2 3200gph powerheads on opposite sides of the tnak, then I have 2 1200gph powerheads in the center pointing towards opposite ends. So I have 8800gph in water movement in a 240. You don't want any dead spots for algae or cyano to grow.
