pump capacity ?

My reef tank dimensions (79" x 24" x 29") and I have two wavemakers (ocean prop 15000). And I want to buy new return pump suitable to my tank but I do not know how many gallons pump should push to the tank per hour?

Some guys say that we should consider wavemakers power when we choose pump's capacity!
Note: the wavemakers' capacity between (15000 – 5000 l/h)

I have two internal overflow in the corner both of them have 2 1.5" drains and 2 1" returns and the linear overflow size 50cm for each and the vertical distance from the return pipes highest point to height of where the return pump sits 4.59 foot.

So you have a total of 4 1.5" drains? If I read correctly.

No, each overflow have 1.5" drain and 1" return.
So, the total 2 1.5" drains.
