downsizing my reef tank :(

Hello all,
For three years now i have had a 55 gallon reef tank with a 30 gallon sump. Due to costs and hard times, i am down sizing it to a 29 gallon biocube. I would like a short guide of how to do this so that i don't lose any of my life stock. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Well I've done this using bigger containers, but basically you need a few 5 gallon buckets. Or a couple of bigger containers, one for your substrate, one or 2 for your rock, and another for your fish, inverts, another for your coral. And possibly a 30g or so container for your water, possibly have one made up with the necessary new water 24hrs ahead of time. But, truth be told, I've done it before also, using my bathtub. I moved all the rock in there, grabbed the fish and put them in there, and put the sand in a5 gallon buckets. Put a couple powerheads in the bathtub for water movement, and things went well.
