About LinkBacksWell there was a pop and the house lights blinked. The venturi pump on the SWC OCT skimmer shot craps! It was a used unit that I had no idea of its age but not what I wanted right out of the shute! Since the tank is newly cycled and only has a school of 5 reef chromis I figure I got some time but I must decide either to replace and repair the pump or buy a new skimmer all together. 72 bow front tank. Any skimmer suggestions for a small footprint skimmer? I have very little room under the stand as is.

Most likely how I will go. I already pulled the skimmer out from the sump and drained it. I am ordering a pump tonight or tomorrow when my irratitation subsides.LOL
