Red Sea Coral Pro Test Kit?

I purchased a few weeks ago the Red Sea test kit for KH, Mg, Ca. Does anyone else have this test kit and find it difficult to use? I often must test 3 times until readings make sense to me with this kit. Any tips?

I have this kit and found it difficult the first few tests I ran. Someone let me know that there are videos on Youtube regarding the use of these kits.
