Which skimmer is best

I am going to buy a skimmer. Should I buy a Euro Reef or a Berlin Turbo XL model? Does the Euro Reef skimmer come with a pump?

Fishrule,
Ummmm, you gotta help us out a little bit here. What size tank? Reef, FOWLR or fish only? What type of corals if it is/will be a reef, softs, LPS, SPS?

The Euroreef is the best skimmer out there. I'm saving my pennies right now to buy a CS6-2 for my 150 gal , Yes the Euroreef skimmers come with a Sedra pump....check out the link

the euroreef skimmer would be a better choice. Much better than the berlin but I still wouldn't call it the best out there. Probally in the top3-4 skimmers made but then it matters the application. The euroreef skimmers are built solid bit I don't like sedra pumps. IME they don't last at least for lazy ppl like me who never/rarely clean them. Theres probally many ppl who don't clean them but I had 2 pumps only last a year before they quite working everything without fiddling with them. This in itself makes it not the best skimmer IME/IMO I prefer to use external pumps. Now this is only true if Sedra and sen pumps are the same which I'm told. They are fair pumps but for $70 after 2 i could have had an Iwaki same price and built like a tank. JMO

I just retired my E.T.S.S. Gemini 750 after a year of use. It worked great, the only complaint was the skimmate was a little to wet for my liking, but that was more my fault than the skimmers. I decided to make a change and just got in a Precison Marine Bullet 3 running with a Iwaki 70RLT, all I can say is WOOOOOWWWWW!!! I am really impressed with the quaility and SIZE. This skimmer is 35" TALL!! It is only 24hrs old, I can't wait to see it when it is broken in.
