air bubble in siphon tube for Tidepool SOS

Hey all,

I've got a rather long air bubble trapped in my SOS siphon tube and was just wondering if it will break the siphon or will it eventually work itself out? I'm hesitant to resiphon the overflow because I just got my tank into a sort of flowrate equilibrium. Not only do I have an 18 gallon undertank refugium, but I also have an Ecosystem 40 HOB refugium. Equalizing the flowrate to maintain a high enough water level so the Ecosystem's pump didn't shut down was hell!

Anyhow, so yea, just wondering if the siphon will die with the airbubble in it or will it just work itself out? Thanks!
