    RO / DI Units, suggestions?

Hey everybody, I am planning on purchasing a RO / DI unit, getting tired of luggin RO water around everytime I need to top off or do a water change. Ive been doing some research and have come across a nice 4 stage Oceanus RO / DI unit from Aquatic Reef Systems, they have a 50 gpd unit for 189 and a 100 gpd unit on sale for 199. Any thoughts on this? Know of a better unit for a better price? I know there are some RO / DI guru's out there so any information would be helpful.

    I appreciate the help, thanks

You will Not go wrong with a RO/DI system from Aquatic Reef Systems. The customer service you will receive from Bryan is by far the best hands down.

Thanks Paul, I take it you have personal experience with ARS. So far the best I have found for Kent products was at champion lighting, they have basically the same unit at 35gpd for only 15.00 less. Any experience with either Kent or Oceana RO/DI units?

    Thumbs up www.aquaticreefsystems.com

I have an Oceanus 100gpd and LOVE it! Great unit, better customer service. You can't go wrong for the deal. Compare all the stuff you get with it and price elsewhere. It's a great value and you know someone will be there to help you if you ever have a problem.

Hi Joanne, thanks for the advice... sounds like Ill be going with ARS. Was the unit easy to install? Tap valve to the supply and a tap to the drain for waste water? How long before you were in business with that unit?

OK I couldn't wait anymore, I went ahead and bought the Oceana 100gpd unit. Purchasing equipment is one area where I dont have to be patient

You are right Joanne, Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Should be here next week.... thanks again all
