Just had time 2 pop in and my 220 iz getting a bad case of cyano Im gonna be doing my first w/c soon and I was looking at these cleaning carts they are 1k plus on price and im wondering who has them and have they earned their keep? The one im looking at is in Pet Wharehouse catalog 1500 GPH and a 1/2hp pump 1"x10' flexible hose inlet/outlets w/ball valves the options are as follows

All mechanical $985
Mechanical and chemical $999
Mechanical and UV $1100
Optional travel kit addon $49

Are there diff. models out there, for cheaper? My tank will hopefully be a self sustaining ecosystem soon, but as for now it needs some assistance. There is no mechanical filtration on my system now, and would use this as needed.

If I had one it would be sitting in the corner of the grage collecting dust. I would just let the tank go dude. Save the cash for something else.
