90 sump/refugium

I have a 90 gal tank drilled for an AMP 3000. I want to partition this for use as a refugium and sump. I want the refugium as large as possible, how should I partition it?

I should also add that this is going on a 180 AGA. I plan on using one AMP3000 for a closed loop and another for the sump/refugium and a MyReef MR-3 Skimmer.
