Hi Hobbyists,
I just received the RedSea Wavemaster device and it doesn't appear to work properly. This might sound funny... I plug it, turn it on, but no lights come on. I've tried several different outlets in my home, but no success. Is there a step I missed? Thanks for your time. Regards, M ![]() |

Well I dont use a "wavemaster"
Heres a few thoughts. Have you tried to plug in any power heads to see if they are getting power or not?? Try going to the "Red Sea Fish PHarm" web site to see if they can help |

I have the Wavemaster pro. How long are you waiting after you plug it in? Mine takes several seconds, then it starts cycling through the lights and comes to rest on default settings. Not much info, but hope it helps

Thanks for your responses! :)
Hi-
After several minutes of being impatient, I decided to adventure inside this device. 4 screws, no problem. Once inside, I was pleased to see the ribbon cable was disconnected from the processor board. I reattached it to the boad and plugged in the device....We're in business. Thanks again for your responses. Someone on another site suggested a bad fuse, which is why I decided to open the box. M ![]() |
