Blown away by customer service!!

ok this is a long story but i will make it short.
needed an ro unit and i was shopping around at spectra pure, reefpure, aquatic reef systems, etc. i emailed them and asked what htey suggested and some ?'s. reefpure was the only one that returned my email and seemed interested in my business. so after many many many (over 10 emails) i worked out the kinks and figured out what needed and wanted. i decided on a Tornado 4stage ro/di. i couldn't believe the way these people (dave at reefpure) treated me. they treated me the best i have ever been treated even at my LFS! he answered any ?'s i had and bs'ed w/ me many many times. when i finally called, this was over thanksgiving break and i got him at home watching football on a sat or sunday. i explained that i was sorry (he told me to call anytime in an email prior in the day) if i was bothering him i would call back later. he said NAH and just started bs'ing football and reefs, talked about my life...like school and such. didn't just get my CC number and hang up. he talked and talked. so i thought wow that was nice. then i got my unit and i had a little note on the box: "cornhuskers suck florida rules" i thought that was hillarious and got a kick out of it. i am a HUGE UNL fan and he is in FL and like FL football. just a nice little touch. greta quality product w/ a touch

you think that is it NO IT ISN'T! i got a nice Christmas Card from Dave and all the "gang" at reefpure. think about it...how many businesses (online or Local) have you boughten ONE thing from and you get a Christmas card...besides a car dealership (20,000 dollar compared to like 150 or so) i thought that said a lot about their customer service and business!

NOT DONE! So i got a phone call on my cell, no biggie. "Lunchbucket what is up bro!" i knew instantly who it was. Dave from ReefPure....just calling to thank me for posting one little line about ReffPure units and thanking for the purchase a while back. we talked for like 30minutes about anything.. he was telling me jokes and all sorts stuff. asked how i liked the unit, if everythign was fine...just concerned about the product and what i though! aske how the holiday was...yadda yadda.

i challange all of you reefers to list me ONE company that has done this for you? i would bet that not many people could list one. if you want a great unit and ABOVE PAR customer service call up reefpure or check out http://www.aquariumwaterfilter.com/ you won't be dissapointed and i bet you will never look at thier company or another company again. you will look at the others and be dissapointed.

just wanted to let you all know of my great experiences!!
Thank you Dave, Thank you ReefPure...you ROCK!
later

Without sounding like I get kickbacks from them (which I don't), they're customer service goes above and beyond anything I've ever seen. It sounds like you got excellent service from reefpure and that's great too. But you sent out a little challenge on who out there may have equal customer service and Bryan at Aquatic Reef Systems fits the bill.

Good post lunch bucket, I am in the market for an RO unit. I think I will try them out. How far are you from Omaha?? I am also a huge UNL fan. (see user name) There is not a lot of people in Omaha to trade frags with, so drop a line if you are interested.

Unhappy

Reefpure, Inc., Dave's Reefpure and TapWaterPure are no longer in business.. You have reached this page because the Reefpure domain names were allowed to expire and have been purchased by us. If you need assistance or replacement parts for any Reverse Osmosis / Deionization (RO/DI) system, your product most likely uses standard RO/DI parts.

Oh well. Just a couple of years late.

Mako 5-Stage RO/DI 100gpd is what I purchased from them last summer, it has 2 DI filters. It has made a huge difference in water quality if only I didn't wait 8 years to make the plunge!
