Question Baffle Question

I just got a new skimmer and I want to put a set of baffles in my sump to minimize bubbles and keep water level constant.

Is that how it should look? Also, what should I use (Acrylic??) and how do I bond it (silicon)???? TIA...

(Also, how do you cut acrylic??)

*= empty space (had to use it so it would allign properly

more like this over under over
you can cut acrylic with any blade designed to cut plywood,and silicone works fine.hth

there are also several cheap "plastic" or laminate cutting blades for both circular saws and Jig saws, if you would like a smoother edge than what a plywood blade would provide
