sump and baffle questions

I want to setup my sump so that the skimmer chamber water level does not fluctuate. What's the best design for baffles so that I can have a skimmer chamber then an evaporation chamber?

The water doesn't fluctuate in the compartment my skimmer is connected to. If the water from the overflow flows into a chamber with the skimmer and the water has to pass over the first baffle that chamber will always have a constant water level. I always like baffles that go over/under/over. If you have an odd number of baffles and start with the over configuration, IME you have less bubbles entering the show tank as well.
