Question which pump for 55 gal

We're building a 55 gal reef into a cabinet in the living room. I did about an hour of research last night and it seems most of you are happy with the Mag drive--except not the 700.

This will be the return pump and we plan to have a spray bar. I think we'll use it submerged. What size do you think would work best? Many of you prefer the amp master, which is superior, but costs a lot more. What size?

Also, is anyone familiar with Wave & Current Generators by Ocean Currents? Would that be better than a spray bar? The tank is 48" long, so I'd probably need two ($52 a piece).

Where would be the best place to order the pump?

Ive have yet to read anything good about the ocean current waze items so I would skim on those.

Mag drive pumps would be good for return pump.
Size would depend on how much your overflow can handle and how much flow you want in the tank and if you are going to be putting any power heads in the tank for extra circulation.
Also would depend on what you plan on keeping in the tank. Will it be a fish only tank or a reef tank and if a reef what do you plan on keeping for corals?
