what chiller do you recommend for a 70 gallon? My water temp. is topping off at 84 degrees. Is there an affordable chiller that could help me out?

I use a chiller, but what is wrong with 84 degrees? I have my system set to run at 82 degrees. A 2 degree swing would not bother me.
