the "service guarantee" is they will fix it "at cost" just like i originally said ;)
if i were to take my 89 toyota to the dealer for service-they would fix it-but it wouldnt be at cost ;) they'd screw me
at least these guys are just gonna charge whatever it costs them -parts/labor

I wonder why Tom at Dolphin mentioned the 9 year warranty on his e-mail to me? I woner why he fixed my 15 month old pump and Pauls pumps.

What I would really like to know is how Dolphin is going to handle fixing all of these pumps that are breaking down after only 2 months.

sounds like he is really just being a good guy and standing behind his product.
but technically after 1 year -you pay for what you get.
what are you talking about all these pumps that quit working after two months?
should i read the thread you started on rc or what?
my pump has a couple times seemed to take a while to get going on restart-but lately its been doing real good
