OK, I am contemplating getting one of these units from Andy at myreef. My question relates to the set up of the unit itself. I want to set it up as gravity fed and then have a Kent float valve do the regulating the output in the sump.

Has anyone done this? How did you do it? send me pictures/descriptions of your set up.

I don't want to buy a dosing pump, but if I must I would get a cheap IV pump from ebay. Has anyone used one of these for this purpose? How did you connect the IV tubing to the 1/4 inch tubing and fittings?
