Looks decent enough but I actually prefer to have the refugium getting the water from the overflow first prior to the skimmer. I have the overflow piping T off so that the refugium gets a low flow while the skimmer portion gets the majority of the water.

HOw about the idea that I put my INLINE PUMP in side the sump itself behind a big partition?

I vote for that Idea Wind! the more room you can give your refugium the better IMO. I Do like the design of the skimmer, but agree w/ dattack on the low flow issue...the baffle placements is nice. I also would think about that one baffle that comes down from the top of the tank...put it as close to that end of the sump as possible...cuz the way I see it will actually be the ending point of your actual refugium volume. Im also curious about the section right after the refugium section...whatcha gonna put in that section? some mud? Looks very interesting cant wait to see it in action

I've done many of sump in my day and the design will work just fine. What are you going to make it out of?

Scuba...
HEHE.. I never really thought that putting an inline pump inside the sump would work. I just hope that last partition won't let any water leak through hehe..
Aren't baffles there to stop bubbles or something?. I might let more space in refugium and slide things more to the right..

Reefland...
The tank is a 55 glass. It was my old fish tank, now that I'm setting up a 90. For the partitions, I'm thinking of plex maybe? So i guess you could say I'm putting a inline pump in the 55 w/ a partition hehe..

How about water line and flow?

Wind,

All-Glass Aquarium silicone works great. I would glue it down first at the base and the sides, then put the silicone over that. The silicone dries clear so you can be messy with it and it wouldn't really matter. You can also use almost any other type of 100% silicone, but make sure that it IS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT Silicone. I know DAP makes them, in white and other colors.
