Does anyone have experience with this skimmer?

I have a EV 150 on my 100 Gallon reef tank. It is in the sump. It basically doesnt skim anymore and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or experiences with this skimmer. I have tried cleaning it many times and have tried adjusting the water flow too. There seems to be a pretty strong spray in the skimmer, but it just doesnt form into any skimmate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
