Re-seal tank?
Not much luck on the "other" board. Anyway, I purchased a used 125 a while back and I noticed that the 2 front corners silicon looks pretty raggedy. I know it doesn't leak, but should I re-seal it. It looks like he just ran the razor blade too close all the times he cleaned the glass. Do I have to re-do the whole tank or can I just do the corners? Will the silicon seal up next to the silicon on the bottom? A response at RC said not to do anything, just leave it be since it isn't leaking. Any help or ideas are appreciated!

I would remove any loose silicon then re-apply a new bead over the top of the old one , making sure to cover it completely

only reseal tank if the glass to glass joint looks like it has been compromised. The butt joint is your important seal. the inside is ornamental mostly.
