Yea... REALLY flat land on the greely gas fields(think thats spelled wrong)

Hehehe,yah you can see the sun set with nothing blocking your view,eccept for the thunder storms.We had a few of them over this past week.Yesterday We got hailed on three different times,some of them were a little bigger than a golfball.But we came through it alright,no broken windows or limbs that came down,just the leaves off the trees.There were some tornados that hit about 30-40 miles west of Wichita.They did do some damage though.One Guy in the fish club had a car port come down on His 2008 car.All the windows eccept one was broken and the roof was caved in,it trashed it pretty darn good.I think it was due to a microburst of wind.It looks like we are in for another round tonight.But thats Kansas for ya.

That sure is one thing I REALLY miss... The bad weather man I loved those severe thunderstorms with tonadic possibility! There is NOTHING more exciting!

Yea right... lol in Michigan they think 30mph gust is windy! and when the tv says "severe thunderstorm watch" everyone starts freaking out that is like an everyday occurence in Kansas.

Yea usually during the summer limited Sev.Thun.Storms and in the 70's.

Last tornado in Petoskey, mi was in 1956
